On October 3rd we will gather again in the Westfalenhallen for another edition of SYNDICATE. Make sure to come prepared and check the final info below.

LOST OR DIDN'T GET TICKETS?

Myticket: You can download your tickets from your customer account at any time. If you do not have a customer account, you can generate one from your guest account by requesting a password here. Please use the email address you used for the order so that the order details and e-tickets are available. If you have any further questions, please contact help@myticket.de. 

Bleep: If you cannot find your ticket(s) anymore or if you have lost the confirmation mail including your ticket(s), you can request your confirmation mail to be sent again via this link. It might be that there is a mistake in the email address used. You can correct your email address via this link. In case you have still not received your email confirmation after correcting the email address, please contact Bleep Customer Support.

Please note; tickets are sealed until 01-10-2026. This means that you can only download your tickets as PDF from that date onwards and share them online. The main buyer of the tickets will receive all the tickets. Check the step-by-step guide for personalizing your tickets here!

NEXT GEN TICKET

Visitors with a NextGen-Ticket must use the separate NextGen entrance queue. Your ID will be checked upon arrival, and only after your age has been verified and you meet the eligibility requirements will you be granted access to the festival grounds. Please make sure to bring a valid ID.

GROUP TICKET

The Group Ticket is valid for a group of 5 people and gives all 5 visitors access. The tickets will be sent to the main buyer. Make sure each ticket is personalized correctly before arriving at the festival.

COMFORT TICKET

Visitors with a Comfort Ticket have access to the exclusive Comfort facilities. Your ticket includes a separate fast-lane entrance, a free locker, access to the Comfort Lounge & Bar and an exclusive stage area. Please follow the Comfort entrance signs upon arrival to make use of the dedicated fast-lane entry.

BOX OFFICE

For €85,- there will also be tickets available at the box office, which will be open from 17:00. Please note: Hard tickets do not grant admission. You will also receive an email with an eTicket. 

WARDROBE & LOCKERS

There are plenty of wardrobes and lockers in the Westfalenhallen. You can easily book your locker online here.

TRAVEL INFO

Have you already planned your trip to SYNDICATE? With your SYNDICATE ticket you can use all buses, trams and trains in the VRR Rhine-Ruhr fare zone free of charge. Valid at 03.10 to 04.10.2026, 12:00 noon. Information: at www.vrr.de and www.bus-und-bahn.de. Book your free VRR tciket at www.kombiticket-syndicate-festival.de

Travelling from further away? Our official bus partners Hardtours and Feierreisen offer organized bus trips to SYNDICATE from numerous cities across Germany and beyond. Hardtours offers departures from over 50 locations, while Feierreisen provides extensive connections particularly from northern and eastern Germany. Both offer a safe and convenient way to travel directly to and from SYNDICATE.

CAR & PARKING

There will be enough parking space next to the event site. Parking tickets will be available at the parking entrance.

LOST & FOUND

Lost property will be collected at the Trouble-Shooting (Entrance) during the event. After the event, lost property will remain in the Westfalenhalle.

PAYING ON SITE

SYNDICATE is cashless! When entering the Westfalenhallen, you will receive a wristband. Please note; that you cannot enter the venue without a wristband.

You can add credits to your wristband via the event portal. Topping up credits on-site is possible via self-top-up stations , staffed top-up stations (also cash payments possible) and online in the event portal. Note: A fee of €1 applies to each transaction at the Cash TopUp Stations. All other top-up methods are free of charge.

RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is available. You can book this option in advance through the event portal or on-site at the TopUp stations.

ATM

There are ATMs in the circulation area of the Westfalenhallen and another one between Halls 2 and 3 in the foyer.

FOOD & DRINKS

There are enough food and drink stands in the Westfalenhallen (also for vegetarians and vegans).
Bringing food and drinks is not permitted.

MEDICATION

Urgently needed medication can be brought along. For prescription medication, please bring the corresponding doctor’s prescription. If medication needs to be kept refrigerated, please send us an email to support@syndicate-festival.de in good time head. Bringing your own food and drinks is generally not allowed. However, if you rely on them for health or medical reasons, please bring the appropriate documentation and present it at the entrance.

PROTECT YOUR EARS

You've only got one set of ears, so treat them with care. You can get hearing protection at all merchandise stands.

WHAT YOU CAN(NOT) BRING

  • Weapons of all kinds
  •  Items that can be used similarly to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. backpack)
  • Drugs, narcotics, knockout drops and legal highs (e.g. bath additives), unless a medical document clearly confirms the need to take them with you and use them
  • Irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellant spray and the like
  • Spray deodorants
  • Laser pointer
  • Corrosive or highly flammable substances
  • Fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, flares, smoke candles, bengal lights or any other pyrotechnic effect
  • Advertising material of any kind, in particular flyers, unless previously expressly approved by the organizer (in this case the advertiser must submit the written consent of the organizer
  • Racist, xenophobic, left-wing and right-wing extremist propaganda, in particular from parties or associations that have been declared unconstitutional or otherwise banned.
  • Drinks and food of all kinds, unless the visitor is dependent on them for health or medical reasons; the visitor has to prove the exception
  • Bottles, cans, plastic canisters and/or other drinking containers
  • Chairs, seating furniture and seating (e.g. Styrofoam cubes)
