  • What is SYNDICATE?

    SYNDICATE – Ambassadors in Harder Styles – is one of the largest indoor festivals for harder electronic music in Germany and takes place annually at the Westfalenhallen Dortmund with up to 20,000 visitors.
    Top international acts and elaborate light and sound production are an absolute highlight for lovers of hard beats.

    The 2026 edition will take place on October 3rd with over 40 acts on 4 floors (Early Hardcore, Hardstyle, Uptempo, and the Mainstage).

    SYNDICATE 2026 takes place on October 3rd at the Westfalenhallen, Dortmund

    Opening hours are 06:00 PM CET until 04:00 AM CET

  • Age

    Admission from 16 years, below generally no admission.

    In order to be present after midnight, it is neither necessary for 16/17 year olds to have an 18+ escort nor to carry a u18 form (“Muttizettel”).

  • Food & Drinks

    There are plenty of food and drink stands in the Westfalenhallen (also for vegetarians and vegans). It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks.

  • Wardrobe & Lockers

    There are plenty of wardrobes and lockers in the Westfalenhallen.
    You can easily book your locker online here.

  • Lost & found

    Lost property will be collected at the Trouble-Shooting (Entrance) during the event. After the event, lost property will remain in the Westfalenhalle.

  • Jewelry & other valuables

    It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

  • Tickets SYNDICATE 2026

    The ticket sale for SYNDICATE 2026 hasn’t started yet. Want to be the first to secure your spot for SYNDICATE 2026? Become a member now and get early access!

  • Do I have to personalize my ticket?

    Yes, every ticket has to be personalized. Personalization is possible immediately until the event. The main buyer will receive all tickets as soon as they are all personalized.

    Please note; tickets are sealed until 24 hours before the event. This means that you can only download your tickets as PDF from that date onwards

  • How do I have to personalize my ticket?

    More information will follow later.

  • I lost my ticket(s)

    Myticket:

    You can download your tickets from your customer account at any time. If you do not have a customer account, you can generate one from your guest account by requesting a password HERE. Please use the email address you used for the order so that the order details and e-tickets are available.

    If you have any further questions, please contact help@myticket.de.

    PAYLOGIC

    If you cannot find your ticket(s) anymore or if you have lost the confirmation mail including your ticket(s), you can request your confirmation mail to be sent again via this link.

    It might be that there is a mistake in the email address used. You can correct your email address via this link. In case you have still not received your email confirmation after correcting the email address, please contact Paylogic Customer Support.

  • False tickets

    Attention: there can be counterfeit tickets in circulation that are difficult to distinguish from original tickets. Therefore, we advise you to not buy tickets from online auction houses or private providers. All hard tickets and system tickets (Myticket, Eventim, etc.) are checked on site. Entry will not be granted with a counterfeit ticket.

    Buy tickets exclusively from www.syndicate-festival.de, from official advance booking offices or at the box office.

  • Is there a box office?

    Yes, there will be a box office available, opening around 6pm.

  • How do I pay on site?

    SYNDICATE is cashless.

  • Are there ATMs?

    Yes, there are ATMs in the circulation area of the Westfalenhallen and another one between Halls 2 and 3 in the foyer.

How to get there

  • Travel

    With the admission ticket, all buses, trams & trains (DB: RE, RB and S-Bahn, each 2nd class) in the VRR area can be used free of charge. Valid from 04.10. to 05.10.2025, 12:00 noon. Information at www.vrr.de and www.bus-und-bahn.de.

    There will be enough parking space next to the event site. Parking tickets will be available at the parking entrance.

Health & Safety

  • Awareness

    At SYNDICATE, we aim to create a safe space where everyone can be themselves and lose themselves in the moment. We value, respect, and protect people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, ages, and ethnicities.

    We share a collective responsibility. If you witness or experience any violations, feel unsafe, or see someone being harassed, support each other or immediately reach out to our staff, security, police, or medical team.

  • Earplugs

    Don’t forget to take care of your ears! You can get hearing protection at all merchandise stands.

  • Medication

    Urgently needed medication can be brought along. For prescription medication, please bring the corresponding doctor’s prescription. If medication needs to be kept refrigerated, please send us an email to info@syndicate-festival.de in good time head.

    Bringing your own food and drinks is generally not allowed. However, if you rely on them for health or medical reasons, please bring the appropriate documentation and present it at the entrance.

  • Celebrate Safe

    Partying is fun, but it’s never without risk. That’s why it’s good to know what the risks are. At www.celebrate-safe.de you will find tips and information for conscious and safe partying.

  • Feeling unsafe

    There are trained medical staff and an information point on site. If you don’t feel comfortable, feel free to talk to them or other employees.

  • Medical attention

    If you or one of your friends is not feeling well, do not hesitate to go to the emergency room. Expert care providers are ready to provide support. Be open about any alcohol and drug use, because the clearer you are about the situation, the more effectively they can help you. You can feel free to talk, as medical confidentiality applies here and no report is made to the police.

Access

  • Can I leave and re-enter

    Yes, you can book the re-entry function for EUR 5,- on your Cashless wristband:

    Online in the event portal
    On site at all TopUp & evening cash desks
    With the re-entry function you are allowed to leave the festival site and re-enter multiple times. Note that the re-entry function is only valid on the days when your festival or day ticket is also valid.

  • Forbidden objects
    • Weapons of all kinds
    • Items that can be used similarly to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. backpack)
    • Drugs, narcotics, knockout drops and legal highs (e.g. bath additives), unless a medical document clearly confirms the need to take them with you and use them
    • Irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellant spray and the like
    • Spray deodorants
    • Laser pointer
    • Corrosive or highly flammable substances
    • Fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, flares, smoke candles, bengal lights or any other pyrotechnic effect
    • Advertising material of any kind, in particular flyers, unless previously expressly approved by the organizer (in this case the advertiser must submit the written consent of the organizer)
    • Racist, xenophobic, left-wing and right-wing extremist propaganda, in particular from parties or associations that have been declared unconstitutional or otherwise banned
    • Drinks and food of all kinds, unless the visitor is dependent on them for health or medical reasons; the visitor has to prove the exception
    • Bottles, cans, plastic canisters and/or other drinking containers
    • Chairs, seating furniture and seating (e.g. Styrofoam cubes)

  • Can I bring my own camera?

    Yes, it is allowed to bring your camera to the event. Taking pictures or videos for personal/private use is permitted. It is forbidden to use sound, picture or video recordings or shoots for commercial use, unless the event organizer explicitly allowed it in advance by writing.

    The visitors may eventually be photographed or be on camera during the event. Pictures and recordings may be published.

  • Disability

    Disabled-accessible entrances and toilets are available in the Westfalenhallen.

    If you need a key for a disabled-accessible toilet, please contact our troubleshooting team at the letter Q.

    All floors are accessible. There is a wheelchair platform on the main stage floor, which you are welcome to use.

    Please note that the upper corridors of the Westfalenhalle (main stage) are only accessible via stairs.

  • Disbale Parking

    Disabled parking spaces are available. Please contact us in advance via email with proof of eligibility (e.g., disability ID or a license plate marked with “G”).

  • Reduction & Accompanying person

    You can prove the following mark:

    „B“
    You will need a ticket for yourself. Your accompanying person will receive a free ticket if you show your disability ID with the note „B“ at the box office and your companion fills out a form on site.
    If you don’t have an accompanying person, you can find a free BUDDIE through Inklusion Muss Laut Sein. More information is available here or via info@i-m-l-s.com.

    „GI“
    You will receive a 50% discount on the ticket price on site if you present your disability ID with the note „GI“ at the box office and fill out a form.

    „BI“
    You will receive a 50% discount on the ticket price on site if you present your disability ID with the note „BI“ at the box office and fill out a form.

    If your disability ID does not have a “B” mark, but you still need an accompanying person, please write us an email before the festival. We will check your case individually and find a solution together so that you can enjoy the festival relaxed. Contact us at: info@syndicate-festival.de

  • I am pregnant, can I come to the event?

    If you are pregnant you can come to the event, but it is your own responsibility. Due to the loud music, a visit to an event can be harmful to the unborn child. Discuss in advance with your doctor or midwife whether it is responsible.
