Admission from 16 years, below generally no admission.

In order to be present after midnight, it is neither necessary for 16/17 year olds to have an 18+ escort nor to carry a u18 form (“Muttizettel”).

SYNDICATE is cashless. You can also pay by card at the merchandise & locker booth.

With your admission ticket you can use all buses, trams and trains (DB: RE, RB and S-Bahn, each 2nd class) in the VRR Rhine-Ruhr fare zone free of charge. Valid from 07.10., 3pm to 08.10.2023, 12 noon. Further information at www.vrr.de and www.bus-und-bahn.de.
Buses will run every 30 minutes from 00:15 am to 07:30 am from the main train station, via Kampstraße, to the Westfalenhalle and return.

Yes, the box office will be open from 6pm on.
Ticket price: €80,00.

Yes, there are enough cloakrooms and lockers in the Westfalenhallen. Book your locker here now!

There are enough food and drink stands in the Westfalenhallen (also for vegetarians and vegans).
Bringing food and drinks is not permitted.

You can get hearing protection at all merchandise stands.

Yes, it is allowed to bring your camera to the event. Taking pictures or videos for personal/private use is permitted. It is forbidden to use sound, picture or video recordings or shoots for commercial use, unless the event organizer explicitly allowed it in advance by writing.

The visitors may eventually be photographed or be on camera during the event. Pictures and recordings may be published.

• Weapons of all kinds
• Items that can be used similarly to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. backpack)
• Drugs, narcotics, knockout drops and legal highs (e.g. bath additives), unless a medical document clearly confirms the need to take them with you and use them
• Irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellant spray and the like
• Spray deodorants
• Laser pointer
• Corrosive or highly flammable substances
• Fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, flares, smoke candles, bengal lights or any other pyrotechnic effect
• Advertising material of any kind, in particular flyers, unless previously expressly approved by the organizer (in this case the advertiser must submit the written consent of the organizer)
• racist, xenophobic, left-wing and right-wing extremist propaganda, in particular from parties or associations that have been declared unconstitutional or otherwise banned
• Drinks and food of all kinds, unless the visitor is dependent on them for health or medical reasons; the visitor has to prove the exception
• Bottles, cans, plastic canisters and/or other drinking containers
• Chairs, seating furniture and seating (e.g. Styrofoam cubes)

Yes, the entrance and toilets on site are handicapped accessible. All floors are accessible. Please consider that the gallery of the Westfalenhalle 1 (Masters of Hardcore) is only accessible by stairs.

At Syndicate we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand (supported by Unity). Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open-minded advice about alcohol and other drugs. This will be anonymous and in a safe environment.

Lost property will be collected at the Trouble-Shooting (Entrance) during the event. After the event, lost property will remain in the Westfalenhalle.
